The overall product is great. The communication about my order was horrible. I was told in 2-3days I would get a proof of my order, it took 7 days. I was also told it would arrive before Christmas if I ordered by a certain day, that didn't happen it arrived several days after Christmas.

Memobrick fills a gap in the market for this type of product due to the size options and ability to upload custom images. My only complaints are:
1. We ordered several different items (a 10x10 picture of each of our dogs). The mosaics came in individual bags with their dedicated brick colors but there were not enough of each color in the individual mosaics. We had to borrow from each other’s mosaics to get the amount of each color we needed for certain photos of our dogs.
2. It truly is difficult to see through the plastic plates and know what color is needed for each spot. We ultimately had to hold the plastic plates side by side with the instructional paper and just count to the squares we needed,

I must have not paid attention to the fact I ordered a one photo mosaic when in fact it had two people in the picture. Basically it looked like mush, you can barely make out who is in the photo. Anyway, be careful when ordering..

Absolutely wonderful project. The company sends you a proof of your photo in bricks, so you can see if you like the looks of it before they send the kit. The staff recommends a specific larger size if the completed photo lacks resolution. When the kit arrives, it comes with all the bricks you need and a detailed placement chart. It took me 2 full days to complete this one.
