DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?

For pre assemble orders, If you order today we will send you a

preview in 2-4 business days once you approve it will take 2-4 days business days 

to process your order and ship it.

As of the shipping time the customers can pick the shipping option

when they complete the order usually 3-5  business days in the US.

Assembled Memobricks will add 5-18 business days for the shipping

times.

Due to the global pandemic of Covid-19 there has been some instances minor delays.
These are tough times for us all and your business means so much for a small family business like ours, so thank you so much and thank you for your patience.


How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

 Missing items?

First, we are so sorry! Some things are not in our control! We are more than happy to send you replacements if this is your case! please note timeline for the missing item is two weeks from the date you received your package.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

International Shipping

For our international customers, please note that additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office to understand the applicable fees before placing your order.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Do you use LEGO bricks?

Our bricks may not be branded as LEGO, but they are fully compatible with LEGO bricks. Additionally, our wide range of colors in our color palette offers many options that are not available in official LEGO colors.

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?

 

We understand that sometimes our customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. In order to provide the best customer service, we offer an exchange-only policy for all items purchased from our store.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item and let them know that you wish to exchange it.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will offer you a credit towards a future purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been damaged, worn or altered in any way. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for the exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@memo-brick.com  and send your item to: Memobrick USA, 89 NE 27th Street, Unit 106, Miami AL 33137, United States. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card , VISA and Master Card. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
