We love our Memobrick! Make sure to order frame from Memobrick because a standard 20 x 30 frames will not work. The frame has the proper depth to fit your Memobrick art. It comes with all the hardware and has a nice backing with adhesive to stick your Memobrick panels to. So professional and the people at Memobrick are very helpful and responsive. We just ordered another and this will be a gift we give others in the future

This was a group activity with my parents and 8 married siblings at my mom’s 75 birthday celebration weekend. It took the 10 of us about 3 1/2 hours of some team building to complete the 20x30 and we bought the custom frame too. From the communication and color checks with the staff, to the shipping and quality and packaging of the set, this was a huge hit and enjoyed by all!

My wife passed away from pancreatic cancer, at the age of 47, in April of this year (2023). We are very much a building block type family. When I ran across these custom mosaics, I did not hesitate ordering. What a great way to remember my wife. My 2 boys and I worked on this together. It was a great bonding experience for us, and now hangs at the top of our stairs. My wife is now seen smiling down at her boys as we go up the stairs to our bedrooms.

Bought this as a gift for my husband’s school classroom and he was very surprised and pleased!It’s a great conversation starter! Everyone is amazed it’s made out of building bricks.
Patience is a definite virtue with a project like this. I did 2 tiles a day (6 total) as I was anxious to get this done. The charts are easy to follow but I highly recommend a thimble or something for your fingers to prevent the extreme soreness that will come with putting this together.
From the start of the order to the finished project, I have been nothing less than pleased. I will be ordering another in the near future!

Great product, but the only concern that I had is the larger size you get the harder it is to keep together with the plates they give you. I had to use some of my lego plates to hold it together better. Suggest maybe have more plates with the larger size orders or use the Technic Plates (Which is what Lego uses on their artwork collection) to hold together more firmly. But overall Great Product and I would recommend this to others.

I only have two downsides to this kit… most of the brick bags are non-resealable and there aren’t enough tie plates to securely hold the panels together.

As straightforward as one of these seems, the directions were actually unclear. They mentioned doubling the bricks, which didn't make much sense to us. So we did the first square that way, and about halfway through the second we realized we wouldn't have enough bricks for the entire picture. So we had to undo all the work and resort the bricks. We should have trusted our instincts to just do the single layer.
If we were actually supposed to do a double layer of bricks, we were very short. Otherwise, Memobrick should look at making their instructions a bit clearer and removing that bit.
Our base boards also seemed to be a bit warped, and the few connectors they sent are not nearly enough to actually keep all six base pieces together.

I ordered this as an anniversary gift for my husband and had it framed after I got it all put together. It looks fantastic and my husband really loved it. This was a really cool gift that he wasn't expecting and I think it'll make for a neat conversation piece in our house from now on. I would definitely recommend it. When I first saw this product, I knew I needed to create this for my husband. We are avid Lego collectors, and this was the perfect gift for our anniversary. I unfortunately started working with another company with the same name - and they made me pay upfront. When I received my first preview picture I didn't know if I should laugh, cry or be angry. We looked like cartoon characters. And for almost $200 - I felt stupid for paying up front. I tried to get them to do a preview of another photo, but stopped receiving responses. I reached out to Photobrick (now Memobrick and I had immediate responses. They texted me back within minutes and when I told them my story, they absolutely took over to help. I sent my picture and they did two previews for me. Both were far and away 100% better than the other company and I made my selection.
The customer service with a custom piece is EVERYTHING. Memobrick wanted me to love my picture and they were willing to help me get there. I can't say enough about how fast they responded and the quality of the product itself. We haven't started to put it together yet - but my husband loved it and I can't wait to display it in our home. Thank you Memobrick for being far and away incredible at what you do!

I was a little worried i had just spent a pretty penny on something that maymot be worth the price, but I was so surprised at the quality of the product and how the colors are all separated and packaged. Also, being someone that thrives on organization, I loved how the instruction pages were all placed into a clear page protector. The diagrams were so easy to read and comprehend, especially since each separate 10"x10" board had its own page/diagram. Then to top it off, the frame is so well made. I was not expecting it to be a solid steel frame, but absolutely love the sturdiness of the completed framed product. I have showed it to everyone I know and recommend it as a gift to anyone, especially those who's home decor is on the modern/tech side. LOVE IT!!!!

I was pretty happy with the PhotoBrick part of my purchase. What kept this from being a 5 star review from me is that the site did not make it clear when I placed my order that there is no included way to connect the separate panels of the image together. So I had to come back after giving it as a gift to separately purchase a frame (which, after receiving the frame, I really wish I had NOT done...save your money and find another way to display). The image itself came out great though.
